Explore Kundalini Yoga through a blend of movement, breathwork, meditation, and intentional practices designed to create a deeper mind-body connection. This free community class offers a welcoming space to slow down, turn inward, and experience a different style of yoga. No prior Kundalini experience is needed. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 12 hours of the event or you may cancel or reschedule or up to one hour before your session online. A fee of $10 will be charged for no shows. Booking will be closed 1 hour prior. Clients are welcome to drop in if class has not been cancelled.
