I began my Tai Chi journey in 2023 at the age of 61 and started teaching January 2025. I am passionate about making a difference in the quality of people’s lives by way of fitness and exercise programs. I love being with people who already know what they want to accomplish with their health and vitality. When I am not working, I volunteer my time at the Yuma East Community Center.
What is Tai Chi is and is not – Tai Chi: it is not all about learning more, and more moments, but rather applying the underlying principle and getting the benefits of relaxation, stress reduction, better balance. Etc.
