Experience a unique and rejuvenating workout with Aerial Yoga in our Hammock classes at Tranquility Wellness. Our skilled instructors will guide you through a series of poses using a suspended hammock, allowing for a deeper stretch and increased core engagement. Suitable for all levels, this fun and uplifting practice will leave you feeling both centered and serene.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Regular yoga classes can be canceled two hours prior to the start time for class credit. Late cancellations within two hours are forfeited. Aerial yoga requires 24 hours' notice, and workshops require 72 hours' notice for a full refund. Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshops can be refunded in full if canceled 7 days or more before the event. If canceled 6-4 days before, you receive 50% studio credit. No refunds within 3 days of the event.
