This style of yoga is great for beginners, individuals recovering from injuries, or anyone looking for a calming practice. Guided meditation, on the other hand, is a structured form of meditation where an instructor or audio guide leads you through visualization, breathing techniques, or mindfulness exercises. It helps cultivate relaxation, focus, and emotional balance

Cancellation Policy
Regular yoga classes can be canceled two hours prior to the start time for class credit. Late cancellations within two hours are forfeited. Aerial yoga requires 24 hours' notice, and workshops require 72 hours' notice for a full refund. Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshops can be refunded in full if canceled 7 days or more before the event. If canceled 6-4 days before, you receive 50% studio credit. No refunds within 3 days of the event.
