Picture yourself flowing through a series of dynamic yoga poses in a heated room, typically around 90-95°F (32-35°C), while upbeat and rhythmic Spanish rock tunes play in the background. This fusion creates an exciting, high-energy atmosphere that can make your practice feel more engaging and fun. The heat helps to increase flexibility, detoxify the body through sweat, and deepen your practice, while the lively music adds an element of joy and motivation. It's a unique way to experience the benefits of yoga with an added cultural twist!

Cancellation Policy
Regular yoga classes can be canceled two hours prior to the start time for class credit. Late cancellations within two hours are forfeited. Aerial yoga requires 24 hours' notice, and workshops require 72 hours' notice for a full refund. Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshops can be refunded in full if canceled 7 days or more before the event. If canceled 6-4 days before, you receive 50% studio credit. No refunds within 3 days of the event.
