Service Description
Suitable for ages 6 and up. Kids' aerial hammock free play class is a fun and engaging session where children can explore movement and creativity using aerial hammocks. This class focuses on mindful movement, strength-building, and playful exploration in silk hammocks. Kids can experiment with different poses, swings, and tricks while developing confidence and body awareness.

Cancellation Policy
Regular yoga classes can be canceled two hours prior to the start time for class credit. Late cancellations within two hours are forfeited. Aerial yoga requires 24 hours' notice, and workshops require 72 hours' notice for a full refund. Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshops can be refunded in full if canceled 7 days or more before the event. If canceled 6-4 days before, you receive 50% studio credit. No refunds within 3 days of the event.
