Service Description
Unwind and rejuvenate with our Stretch and Sound session at Tranquility Wellness. This unique experience is 30 minutes of gentle stretching and then 30 minutes of soothing sounds of singing bowls to help release tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation. Whether you're looking to relieve muscle tightness, reduce stress, or simply take some time for self-care, our Stretch and Sound session is the perfect way to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Regular yoga classes can be canceled two hours prior to the start time for class credit. Late cancellations within two hours are forfeited. Aerial yoga requires 24 hours' notice, and workshops require 72 hours' notice for a full refund. Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshops can be refunded in full if canceled 7 days or more before the event. If canceled 6-4 days before, you receive 50% studio credit. No refunds within 3 days of the event.
