Tranquility Wellness Studio Introduces New Pilates Mat Class for Core Strength and Flexibility

Yuma, AZ — Tranquility Wellness Studio is excited to announce the addition of a Pilates Mat Class to its offerings, which are now available to the community. Pilates, known for its core-focused approach to fitness, complements the studio’s wellness-focused mission by providing an accessible, low-impact workout that strengthens, stretches, and rejuvenates the body.

The Pilates Mat Class will cover foundational moves that focus on breath, control, and precision. Guided by experienced instructor, Jennifer Whitted (@hormoneresetcoach), participants will benefit from improved posture, increased body awareness, and a greater sense of overall well-being. The class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to those with Pilates experience.
