An Aerial Hammock Sound Bath is a unique wellness experience that combines the benefits of sound healing with the weightlessness of an aerial hammock. Participants lie suspended in silk hammocks while being immersed in soothing sound vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and ocean drums. This practice is designed to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance Participants typically lie down the Hammock or on mats, often with eyes closed, as they let the sounds guide them into a meditative state. It's a unique experience where the vibrations are not only heard but also felt, as they interact with the body's energy centers. It’s a practice that is said to help reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional well-being. The beauty of a sound bath lies in its accessibility—there's nothing to do but listen and let the sounds carry you to a place of inner stillness.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refunds 1. Cancellation by You: You may cancel/reschedule your booking up to 2 hours before the class starts for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded. Refunds are in the form of cash, credit card, or session credit to the client. 2. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative class or a full refund. 3.Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 2 working days and will be credited back to the original payment method. 4. Unlimited mat membership no-shows: Unlimited members that no-show a class that they booked either online or in person at the studio and the member did not cancel within 1 hour before the class start time will be assessed a $15 dollar fee for non-cancellation. Agreeing to these terms and conditions authorizes “The Studio” to charge the members credit card on file or invoice the client for the non-cancellation fee. Failure to pay this fee will cause the member to be in violation of this agreement and the member will not be permitted to attend classes or events at the studio and their membership could be revoked with no prorated amount of the membership due to the client. Booking and Payment 1. Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our online site, invoice upon request or in person. Availability of classes is subject to change and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings must be made 1 hours prior to class. Payment must be made online in full or in person before attending. 2. Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshops can be refunded in full if canceled 7 days or more before the event. If canceled 6-4 days before, you receive 50% studio credit. No refunds within 3 days of the event.3 Studio Policies 1. Late Arrival Grace Period: Instructors will allow a 5‑minute grace period before closing the doors. 4. Children and teens must be 12 years of age or older to attend any regular studio class. All participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present in the building or participating with them, depending on class type. Youth participants must be booked under their own name for safety and attendance tracking. A parent or guardian must sign all required waivers before the first class. Youth must follow all studio safety guidelines and instructor directions.
